A per-artifact declaration of which identity's signature backs which field within a mixed claim: which values are covered by an observation the observed party could not have produced, and which are backed only by the enclosing envelope and are therefore the producer's own assertion. Most execution-evidence artifacts mix observed and self-declared fields under one signature with no way to tell which is which from the wire alone; this term names the split explicitly.
