A structured statement of who can direct the party or the system a claim is about: holders of at least 5% of capital or at least 5% of voting rights including through intermediaries and voting agreements, the body empowered to take strategic decisions, the rules for appointing and removing that body, the quorum and majority a strategic decision needs, blocking and veto rights short of a majority, and influence exercised through commercial or financial links. This term is a producer assertion in the sense of field_evidence_partition and nothing in this registry can make it one of the covered fields. A record carrying field_evidence_partition MUST place it on the producer_asserted side. Its worth is that a false value is a false statement inside signed bytes, attributable to the key that signed them. A verifier MUST NOT read an absent control_relation as an absence of control.
