authority_change

Term URI: https://w3id.org/agent-evidence/vocab/v1/authority_change

Section: change_admission. Criticality: critical.

Whether a candidate harness grants authority its parent lacked, meaning a tool outside the parent's allowlist, a removed or altered guard or procedure, or a rewritten system prompt: none, or human_approved when a human-signed approval names the exact candidate digest. A candidate that grants authority without such an approval fails the authority gate. This is an enforced policy about who may widen a harness, not a proof that the harness is safe.
